DD's Crystal Cleaning Inc. has introduced the COVID-19 Response System to be implemented by our staff members during the COVID-19 pandemic and the continued social distancing measures.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have made adjustments to the way that we are providing cleaning services. While social distancing measures remain in place, we will offer services following the COVID-19 Response System. These are guidelines that have been created based on the regulations imposed by the government of Massachusetts.

• Social distancing: Our staff members will always keep a distance of 6 feet (2 m) from our clients and other team members.
• Team cleans: Where possible we will aim to send one staff member to provide a cleaning service. For our clients with larger spaces, we will plan to send in two cleaners who will arrive separately and maintain their social distance within the home.
• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). In an effort to protect both our clients and our team, our staff members will be given the necessary PPE.
• Mask and Gloves: DD's Crystal Cleaning Inc. has always required our staff members to use Personal Protective Equipment. As part of our company’s regulations, our staff members will need to put on a new pair of gloves and mask prior to entering your home/office. Each member will have thoroughly washed their hands prior to putting on the gloves and mask and will follow the proper guidelines once removing the protective equipment.
• Disinfecting Products: DD's Crystal Cleaning Inc. has always used the best products to eliminate germs and disinfect surfaces. We will continue to use potent products to ensure our service is effective in preventing the spread of COVID-19.
• Health Check. DD's Crystal Cleaning Inc. will be extremely diligent about ensuring our staff and clients are healthy. Our team will be asking the following questions to our staff members and clients on a regular basis, to remain aware of everyone’s current health situation. If a client or staff member answers yes to any of the questions below, we will reschedule the cleaning service.

1. Do you have a fever higher than 38C (100.4F)? Do you have a new cough, or a cough that’s getting worse?
2. Have you been in close contact with someone with a confirmed case of COVID-19?
3. Have you been in close contact with someone who has travelled to another state and has a fever or a cough?

Each of these measures are being implemented to ensure that our clients, staff and community stay safe and we can continue to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
